Leren door te doen en te beleven
Op de ARH gaan de leerlingen bij de scheikunde en natuurkunde aan de slag met proefjes en experimenten. In het derde jaar krijg je het vak Science. Dit is een combinatie van de vakken biologie, scheikunde, natuurkunde, wiskunde en techniek. Bij dit vak krijg je theorie, maar leer je ook door te doen. Dit jaar gingen de leerlingen bijvoorbeeld natuurlijke kleurstoffen maken om mee te schilderen. Ook werden verschillende gistsoorten uitgeprobeerd om mee te bakken. Op die manier worden Science-projecten met de kunstvakken en het vak koken gecombineerd. Door uitzoeken, uitproberen, en experimenteren kun je ontdekken en….leren!
